12.3 place ICC profile file
when color management is allowed, GDI uses the following steps to query an appropriate ICC profile:
according to the requirements of the Convention. 1. If the printer interface DLL of the driver provides a drvquerycolorprofile function, GDI client calls this function to give the driver an opportunity to specify the profile. If the function returns a profile, it is used
2. If the Amway share orprofile internationalized by drvquerycol does not exist or does not return a profile, GDI queries the profile of the color directory installed for a specific printer type. GDI uses the precision, media type, and jitter profile of the first matching DevMode structure it finds
3. if the color directory does not contain any profile of a specific printer type that matches the specified DevMode content, GDI uses the system default sRGB profile

in order to install ICC profiles for a printer at the end of 2014, the file must be listed in file F
